To Whom It May Concern
@Walmart Corp.,
I shop often and am a parent I don’t claim to be perfect, because sometimes in life you forget. Sometimes you run short, and like most in life you don’t always have the time or money. So Walmart is a very useful commodity. Often in my past have I had to price match or coupon, to survive. So I was thrilled with the Savings Catcher App, until I used it for a while.
Although in theory the savings catcher is a wonderful idea, it has some impractical usage. It’s awesome if you shop online. However most don’t shop online and usually if your hard up for toilet paper on your way home for work, there may be quite a wait (days in fact pretty sure you may need it earlier) for items to be delivered. This is not practical, easy or for that matter comfortable.

Like many when I found ONLINE Coupons, I fell in love; however the printable kind fell short in my book for practicality because the cost of ink didn’t factor the difference in the savings. In our area finding sales on ink (or even coupons, and online) would mean travel which equals fuel, and this was also an expensive expenditure. Now when you look from my and many other’s point of view we have to print out our egiftcard. Although this would be awesome if I always had ink, or access to amop printer, or for that matter time, again it’s an expensive expenditure.
Especially when living in a more remote area, you travel to work, you travel to shop, and this means you don’t have always have access to a printer. Now I have figured two solutions to this problem, as a mom both would solve the problem in at least two levels. If we are using your app, then most likely we have a “smartphone” or a tablet, there are other apps out there that allow you to scan directly from the phone (ie speedway, google) this would allow the customer to not have to use a printer. This is also a very green solution. This also broadens your customer base if you include truck drivers, traveling sales, and other industries, which don’t have readily available printers.

The second would be another semi-green solution, totally green if your gift cards are recycled, and also more reloadable friendly. Allowing the ability to load the savings to an already engaged gift card, as it stands now not only can you not do this but your minimum balance to reload a card is $10.00, a bit silly if you realize most customers are considerably poor, which is why they shop with you because of the considerably low prices.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely an aggrevated consumer,
